I was recommended this lovely hotel by a friend living in Coleraine and then made a three-night reservation via Expedia, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen and extremely difficult personal problems, I had to cancel the visit at the last moment. I contacted the hotel reception and received very kind support and although my contract did not allow cancellation without fees I contacted Expedia who together with The Hotel Management gave me excellent customer sales service and resolved the problem. Unusually nowadays, it was very easy for me to contact Expedia Customer Service whose response was rapid and extremely helpful.

Had a lovely stay bathroom was bit tired we had room chair in shower i wouldnt use if i needed it did not look the cleanest. The shower wasnt very powerful

No so great experience tbh. We paid £144 for one night incl breakfast and the evening food and breakfast was below par. Staff were ok but for that price we were given a room in the annex building which was very dated, basic and had no water bottles in the room for £144 a night. Won’t be staying again

Lovely relaxing weekend break.

Just returned from a lovely weekend break at the Lodge Hotel in Coleraine. As always the staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean.we had breakfast and dinner on both days and everything was very good and there is plenty of choice on the dinner menu. We have stayed here on quite a few occasions and we have never been let down.
