It is a lovely and clean hotel, but the boiler was not working properly so there was no central heating or hot water for a time. The staff made me welcome and as comfortable as they could with a heater and an extra duvet but for a long time I was cold and could not shower when I wanted to, unfortunately I spent more time in the room than planned! I will return but will be 100% better when the hotel and rooms are warm.

Check in was straight forward. - Bathroom was not very clean - Urine on the toilet seat - Shower was boiling due to shower hose split and cold water escaping - Stained bed linen Would have been nice to have some bottled water in the room.
