This was a clean, nice room that fulfilled our needs. We were just traveling through and found the spot to be great. The building is older, but the bed was good, the sheets were nice, and the room was clean. The room was quiet, which was nice, too. If you can, go see Monument Rocks—such unexpected coolness in the midst of flat Kansas.

The room was clean and the staff was responsive. No power in the bathroom in the morning but restored after the occupants of the unit next door complained about no power.

Definitely recommend this place. While its old, its extremely clean and kept up very well. Its not on the highway but in the downtown area (about 2 miles from I-70) which makes it very walkable and safe. The owner is very nice and answered my questions without seeming like I was bothering him. There is a small park close by. As a solo female traveler I felt more comfortable here than I have at large, big named hotels. If you are looking to stay at a Hilton type hotel this is not the place. But if you're looking for someplace with comfortable beds, easy parking and is safe this is the place to go. They have numerous tv stations unlike some places I have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Check-in was fine. Loved the room. They had an outdoor area were I could drink a beer and smoke a cigar, I liked that. Enjoyed my stay there , would stay there again if I was back in the area.

Old motel but surprisingly very clean and cute. Do not plan on a luxurious stay but do count on a very clean room and bathroom, comfy beds, quiet and safe area, ice machine, laundry room with Maytag washers and dryers. The owners seem to be hard working people who are providing a much needed service in a small town. We had some good rest for our two day visit. The TV is not a smart TV but had some good channels to watch movies and sports.

The rooms are very clean. Flooring needs updated to match the updated rooms. Nice small town with friendly people.
