Live some peaceful days with family in this 180 m² home, spacious and bright, located in residential development of Coín. You will enjoy a private pool, fenced plot and a 70 m² terrace with sun and shade areas perfect for long breakfasts, barbecues and cool evenings.



Inside you will find 4 bedrooms for 8 people, air conditioning throughout the house, central heating, wifi, fireplace and mosquito nets in the bedrooms. The independent kitchen is equipped for comfortable stays: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and complete kitchenware. Additionally, it has parking within the property.
