The open-plan living space and modern amenities create a seamless flow, while the private garden and pool offer an escape from the daily grind. There is plenty of space for the whole family, including a media room with beanbags where kids can watch a movie while parents enjoy the stunning lounge room with semi-circular sofa and the beautiful deck with an outdoor dining table.
The ground floor level has a study, queen bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchenette with dishwasher, stove and coffee machine, (no refrigerator) – great for grandparents in your group or a couple who enjoys their own space.
Up a set of stairs is the main living of the home, with lounge area, dining area, media room, large outdoor deck and pool, 3 bedrooms and, a kitchen with butler's pantry.
