Convieniently positioned close to the beautiful Emerald Beach, adjacent Moonee National Park. You will enjoy the pristine beaches, and classy local eateries in this friendly seaside hamlet, or explore and adventure in the surrounding Coffs Coast.
1. Clean and replace all items to original location before check-out.
2. Sort and place all rubbish in the council bins provided.
3. No parties or events.
4. Respect the property and its guests at all time.
5. Have fun, and relax!
6. 1 pet max unless approved by host.
7. Do not operate the pool pumps, call Ben for help with the pool.
8. Share the pool and laundry facilities, as these are intended for use by guests in both apartments.
