Beachfront Family Friendly Property at Mullawarra Beach

The Location - In the Coffs Coast Region is the Blue Oar Beach House; a beachfront property with ocean views, situated at Arrawarra Headland. Our homey abode gives you direct access (100m away) to what the locals call Mullawarra Beach, arguably the most picturesque beach on the North Coast of NSW.

Within 10 min drive you can head to some of the area’s loveliest restaurants, bars and cafes such as Bluebottles Brasserie, Ground Earth, Beachouse Cafe, Hub Cafe, and The Amble Inn. There's fishing, surfing, swimming, and if you're a bit of a nature lover, bring along your binoculars to bird and whale watch. You can explore the walking trails, rockpools and search for ancient Aboriginal fish traps and sea creatures - Fun for every age group!

The House - Within this tri-level home, you have direct access to the beach from the back deck. Blue Oar is in a quiet street, on a large yard, there is plenty of room for your boat. The kids can run and play, plenty of room for that cricket game too!

On the ground floor you will find a single garage, renovated laundry, including a shower and separate toilet and vanity.

As you ascent the stairs to the second level, you find the lounge/dining area that is backed by a wide covered entertaining deck (outdoor table/chairs and BBQ). From here you have views of the ocean and beach, a sensational outlook, very private and quiet ie, no road traffic. The functional kitchen carries the same views supporting a cook top, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The two main bedrooms (both with built-ins) are located on this level as well as the main bathroom.

Follow the staircase to the top, in the attic you will find the kids retreat where you can sleep up to 4 people, the kids can get away from you without being away from you. They also get the best views in the house and this is important for any keen surfer! The views from this top veranda are totally spectacular. Watch the whales go by at your leisure.

This is recommended as a family friendly property. It is not available for pets. Due to the stairs, it is not really suitable for young children/infants (5 and under).
