A refundable security deposit of $350 will be pre-authorised on your card the day before check-in, covering any damages or unapproved extra guests. Released within 24 hours of check-out if no issues arise.

A 50% pre-authorisation will be placed on your card at the time of booking, released once the first payment is charged 14 days before check-in.

An extra guest fee of $40 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests, charged for each night of the stay. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival.

No smoking anywhere on the property or balcony — an additional $100 cleaning fee applies.

Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure.
