We were apparently unaware of their room cleaning policy. This was a 5 night stay. We kept the "do not disturb" sign on the door the first 2 days because we didnt need new towels or bedding every day. Third day we took off the sign, hoping for a freshening. Got back that evening and no clean towels. We told the front desk, he entered in the computer to have it cleaned, next day, still no cleaning. So perhaps the policy is they don't clean for extended stays unless you request it. Even then, they might not.

It’s an older hotel. Rooms were clean. Toilet and shower a bit tight. The pool and hot tub were lovely and so were the grounds. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast good. We’d stay here again.

Not housekeeping services until you leave.

Wonderful stay. Checked in on a Thursday and out on Sunday. Our room did NOT get serviced once. We left Friday, told the Person in house keeping to service our room, we were leaving for the day, she said, “okay.” Came back late that night, and room did not get serviced. Called the front desk and talked to them, we had to go and get fresh towels and coffee. Saturday, I called the front desk when we were leaving for the day and specifically asked them to service the room because it wasn’t done the day before, she said, “okay.” Came back late that night and room was not serviced again. Called down stairs and we had to go down and get fresh towels and coffee again.

The property was clean, well maintained, updated and the staff was incredible to be honest. Polite,helpful and actually cared about or stay. We were very happy with the facility and will be stayinf there again on our next trip to Silverwood!!
