The Fort Grounds Cottage is a fully furnished, adorable 2 bedroom/2 bath separate guesthouse, steps to the beach/lake and walking distance to all the action that Downtown CdA offers year-round. For our guests with pups, the home has a fully fenced-in yard. It has been recently remodeled and professionally designed with new furnishings, and everything you and your guests could want during your stay. Whether you want to golf, swim, kayak, bike, hike Tubb's Hill, stroll downtown CdA, or just relax and take in all that beautiful CdA has to offer, this vacation rental perfectly meets those needs for a party of up to 5 guests.
As you enter The Fort Grounds Cottage, you will feel the comfy coziness of the living room and sitting area in front of the gas stove furnace. It houses a flat screen SMART HDTV and Wi-Fi throughout. The dining room to the right features a bar height dining table, seating for up to 6.The upstairs bedrooms feature a full bed, twin bed, and a daybed/trundle which can convert to a queen. There is a washer/dryer unit off the kitchen, a patio/BBQ area for outdoor dining in this privately fenced off guesthouse, and ample parking in front or behind the house.
