The front staff person Carrie was super nice, and helpful regarding my questions. She's a keeper. The room was very clean. My only negatives are not likely fixable: the garbage trucks picking up before dawn on Fri 10/17 and Sat 10/18 woke me up when the bin met the truck, and the thin walls meant even at normal talking volume I knew what my neighbors in the room across the hall were saying when in their own room.

The receptionist at the desk was outstanding ! I lost an Micro SD card in the aprking lot and she went out and serched all over the parking lot looking for it. She really demonstrated outstanding customer service! She didn't have to do that but she did. She really is a credit to your hotel and next time I am in the area I wil stay at your hotel I will also reccomend your hotel to anyone else that I know heading to Yellowstone or will be anywhere near the Cody, WY area. Thank you so much !

Nice amenities in the room, such as eye shades and ear plugs. You might need the latter because there was audible noise from the other rooms. Decent coffee and snacks available in the lobby.

Great stay at a lovely clean place. Generous amenities included waters, sleep masks, ear plugs and more. Staff went above and beyond when had issues with our TV which ended up being a cable outage. We are appreciative for the kindness and hospitality.

Ice maker is broken. The beds are very hard, pillows are all huge and overstuffed, if you are a side or stomach sleeper, you are out of luck. Parking is limited. Hall noise is significant, can hear next room pretty easily through walls. They do provide ear plugs to help some.

Great spacious room with all of the amenities you need. Right on the main road of Cody and easy to walk to lots of dining options. Comfortable room and bed. Recently updated. Only con was the hot water was spotty. But would definitely stay again.

Very thin walls, really hard to get any sleep. Building backs up onto businesses which are open by 5am and making a hell of a racket very early. I would highly advise you take your business elsewhere if you value getting any rest at all. I prepaid for 2 nights and wish I could have left the first night,

Comfortable room, nice beds and facilities. Included breakfast very limited - pastries etc. but as described. Helpful staff nd a nice welcome. Like many hotel of similar type we did get lots of noise from neighbouring room with connecting door to ours, and the plumbing noises all round! But overall a comfortable clean and convenient place to stopover.

Worked well for a one night stay. Nothing fancy, but they made an effort to update fixtures, bedding etc. clean and quiet. The coffee in room was surprisingly tasty! Friendly staff
