The relaxed lake vibes are strong at this sweet, family-friendly home, which sits right on Cocolalla Lake and offers easy access to its calm waters. You’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities like swimming, boating, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing - from your very own seasonal private dock. Lake Pend Oreille, Sandpoint, and Coeur d’Alene are all an easy drive away if you want to explore.

Outdoor space at home includes a large, grassy lawn and a shady, covered waterfront deck, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fire up the gas grill for a family cookout and spend the evening gathered around the firepit, roasting marshmallows.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home. The eat-in kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, plenty of countertop prep space, and a dining table for six. And, the table expands with two leaves for more table seating if you're feeding a crowd. A card table and chairs are also available. Relax on the plush sofas while you stream the latest release or grab a board game for more together time. End the night in one of three well-appointed bedrooms, but not before stepping back outside to enjoy the night sky over the quiet lake.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
