Charming Cocoa Village Hideaway

Respectful guests come enjoy our beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of historic Cocoa Village. Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment, featuring a refrigerator and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.

Cute and close to everything we needed

We came for a concert at riverfront park with some friends. The house was walking distance to the show. We stayed an extra night and went to Cocoa beach. We had for four umbrella, but luckily everything we needed was available in our room! We really enjoyed the local coffee and chocolate covered chips! Thanks again !

Perfect Home Base

We came to Cocoa for a concert at Riverfront Park and this apartment was the perfect home base. Within walking distance of downtown Cocoa, a short drive to Cocoa Beach and the Brevard Zoo, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Very cozy and clean apartment.
