This was a good location for coming to Cocoa Beach. We had parties to attend and this was conveniently located. Large space, beds were comfortable, rate was reasonable and the check in/checkout was simple. Joe the property manager was good to work with and made things easy.

Week at the Beach

I loved the location of the property. Close to restaurants, grocery store and most importantly the Beach. Had a few issues but Joe was great regarding them. The bedroom furniture was on the old side and not very comfortable but over all the accommodations were ok. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The property was nice and really close to the beach. Communication with the owner was really easy. My only complaint was that there was mold on the shower curtains. Those definitely needed to be changed.

Relaxing week

Beach access is at the end of the street. Everything you need is close by. Stayed downstairs to accommodate my short-legged dog. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and entertain. Convenient to have laundry room at the end of the building. Plan to stay again.

It was an dog friendly apartment with a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! It was clean and had great furniture and coastal decor. We entered through a cover lanai/porch. There were two separate doors that led out into two different backyards for the dogs.

Great location, welcoming host

Very convenient- 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. Beach is great for surfing. Very nice and helpful property manager. The place needs an upgrade though - bathrooms could use some painting and living room furniture is kind of old.

We visit cocoa beach often and since we were having our family come with us, we decided to rent this apt. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. full kithcen 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms BBQ and super close to all of our favorite spots. We look forward to staying here again.
