Great views and location!

Condo was clean and well furnished. Great views of the ocean and pier as well as the pool. Pool and grounds were meticulously maintained. We would stay here again!

For us, having an on site tennis court that is in great condition was the best! Great view of the Cocoa Beach pier and Atlantic Ocean. Steps away from the beach and the pool was very nice. Condo is very roomy. WiFi was great and so was the TV. Extra benefit is the covered parking.

Awesome Vacation

This was a great place to stay, great views, grounds were beautifully maintained. Some “hiccups” with the elevators - sometimes one not working, very slow and very hot inside!Master bathroom shower trickles out so was a little aggravating but otherwise everything was wonderful and enjoyed my vacation very much!Thank you!

Loved the location

Close to Cocoa Beach pier and restaurants. Great beach access First time we have ever stayed in a condo and had to pay to launder the towels, etc before we left. No washer/dryer in the unit. Overall a good experience.

Only real issue was with Cocoa Beach, not the accommodations. The traffic patterns don't have enough traffic lights to be able to make a left turn onto North Atlantic Ave.

That view and location!!!

The condo was perfect for ocean viewing and watching the cruise-ships leave for their destinations. The condo pictures shown on vrbo were accurate and we were comfortable there. We didn’t have a car but we were close to a shopping mall for groceries, restaurants and we were very close to the beach. The confo complex had it’s own pool, which was very clean and unobstructed from the sun. . I would dtay again if i was in the arra.

The apartment is just as advertised. We had a lovely 12 day vacation and will definitely return. This is a good taste of how Fl used to be; easy living and the neverending summer at the beach. The pool is also great!The apartment is more than well stocked with everything you need and then some. All the beach gear you need, and maybe didn’t know you need is at your disposal. Parking under a roof is also a welcomed touch. Just can’t say enough good things, from contact with our host and quick replies, to this just being what a vacation is all about. The only group of individuals I wouldn’t recommend it for is the partypeople. The whole complex is just not that kind of place, but there are probably more suitable options just down the road. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Place was great. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space in the living room to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Only minor issue is the cabinets had so much stuff, there was no where to store groceries. Fortunately there was plenty of counter space. Would definitely stay here again.
