Located just 5 blocks from the beach in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach, our spacious duplex combines Seahorse Beach Cottage and Sea Turtle Beach Cottage for a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and accommodations for up to 16 guests.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to BOTH Seahorse Beach Cottage and Sea Turtle Beach Cottage for the duration of their stay.
Each cottage has its own private entrance, living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and fenced outdoor area.
This reservation includes the entire duplex, so you won’t be sharing either cottage with another group.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
We take pride in providing thoroughly cleaned and welcoming homes for every guest.
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance, are subject to availability, and cost $25 per hour.
Late departures that delay our cleaning team may result in an additional $50 service charge.
🏡 HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 16 guests total, with no more than 8 guests per cottage
• All guests must be included on the reservation
• No parties or gatherings
• No smoking indoors ($500 fee)
• Quiet hours: 11 PM–7 AM
• No moving furniture
• No glitter, confetti, or taping decorations to walls or ceilings
• Driveway parking only (6 vehicles maximum)
🐾 PET POLICY
We welcome well-behaved dogs!
• $150 nonrefundable pet fee per dog
• Maximum 2 dogs total, both included on the reservation
• Dogs must be house-trained
• Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste must be picked up
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended (crates not provided)
• No pets on furniture or bedding
• Guests are responsible for pet-related damages and excessive cleaning fees
📋 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
To confirm your stay:
• Sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking
• Upload a valid driver’s license
• Provide a card on file for verification
• A $500 refundable security hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after checkout through secure OwnerRez processing.
Exterior security cameras facing outward and noise-monitoring devices are on-site for property safety and house-rule compliance.
