Building Notice: The association is currently completing a concrete improvement and exterior painting project throughout the complex, which is expected to continue through mid-November. Most activity is concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though work may take place in other areas of the property as the project progresses. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise and may notice workers or equipment on site.

​​​​​​​Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

We were pleseantly surprised by the size and location of the condo and property. Large bedrooms 2 of which are directly facing the ocean! Decks (yes decks 2 of them) were very nice to watch the launches from. The kitchen could be outfitted a little more. Better pans and maybe a few pyrex type containers would have been nice for those meal left overs. But really I beautiful place that we wouldn't hesitate to rent again (maybe next year?!) Very good communication about everything from the rental service and they checked in by email. We really enjoyed our stay loved walking to the many surf shops down the road. Quiet beach and very well kept grounds. Thank you for the memories.

Best family vacation

This is the perfect location with the best views and access to the beach. The pool was perfect and the entire complex is so clean!! The room was perfect for the four of us - and the restaurants are all with in walking distance. We will absolutely book this condo again!!

Clean rooms we did find some dead bugs on the sofa, and the last night in the master room the fire alarm battery beeped all night (that is no fault of the host.) Would love to stay again.

Awesome time at Cocoa Beach

Our family stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and enjoyed this condo! Clean, spacious with plenty of amenities for families and a nice pool/ beach nearby. The only down side was the weather was cool and rainy a few days, but we still stepped out to enjoy the pool and beach.
