Welcome to our charming beach-side condo, the perfect getaway for anyone seeking a serene escape from everyday life. Our fully updated one-bedroom, one-bathroom home is located just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach, and offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for your stay.


The space

An open-concept living area that seamlessly flows from the living room to the fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa and armchair, perfect for lounging after a day of sun and sand. The large flat-screen TVs with cable and streaming services provide ample entertainment options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.

The bedroom is a cozy and inviting space, furnished with two comfortable full-sized beds and quality bedding that ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The room also features a spacious walk-in closet and a large window with peak-a-boo views of the ocean. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore!

The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, featuring a rain shower/tub combo and fresh towels.

Step outside onto the balcony and you will be greeted by the breathtaking views of the ocean, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise.

-There are several improvements taking place to the building and surrounding area. There are no structural or safety issues but you will see repairs being made to the exterior along with new construction next door. Please take this into consideration before booking.

-The condominium complex caters to retirees and families. Parties and gatherings are not allowed.

-Smoking is not allowed in the unit, the doorway, or near any other unit's door and/or windows. Smoking is not allowed in the shared patio, laundry areas or walkways around the building.

-There is an on-site property manager who is available during normal business hours.

-HOA rules state no pets. No exceptions.

I stayed 5 nights at this cozy condo and had such a wonderful experience! The place was spotless, fully stocked with everything I needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The décor is very beachy, which made it feel relaxing and fun from the moment I walked in. There’s plenty of parking, and the beach is just steps away—absolutely perfect for enjoying Cocoa Beach every day. There are also plenty of places to eat and shop close by, which made the location even better. James, the host, is very friendly and answered all of my questions quickly, making the whole process easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy condo in Cocoa Beach! The location couldn’t have been better—just 30 steps to the beach 🏖️ and surrounded by peace and sunshine 🌴☀️. The condo was super clean, well-stocked, and decorated with the cutest beachy turtle décor 🐢 that made it feel extra special. The surrounding construction was not a problem. Our host, James, was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect spot for our mother-daughter getaway 👩‍👧💖 and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, beachside escape. We’ll definitely be back!

Great vacation!!!

My family and I had such a blast staying at Cocoa beach took the family to universal studios we went to sea world and sea life aquarium and adventure islands the condo was very clean neat I loved the light in the kitchen and it was always perfect temperature very quiet place loved the fact that it was on the beach
