With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed, full bed, and futon, along with 2 bathrooms, 1 equipped with a bathtub, and shower, 1 with full walk in shower. You have at your disposal a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals at home. A full washer & dryer are in the unit for your use. Wifi, smart T.V's in every room, CAT 6 Ethernet outlets will be able to satisfy everyone in the family. There are restaurants, a Dollar Store and a Publix across the street with a park right next door. Enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer when you stay at our place. It is fully stocked with everything you will need... towels, kitchen utinsells, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. just pack your bags, grab your flipflops and toothbrush and head on over. Monthly rental available, however if looking for linger please contact me.
