Well equipped, clean and nicely decorated little condo. Conveniently located to everything Cocoa Beach offers yet tucked away in a very quiet condo community. Can walk along beach to Cocoa Beach Pier. Perfect place for a couple to retreat to and enjoy the beach. Hosts were in touch through the whole rental process. They have organized all the needed information about the condo in a handy binder.

Beach was quiet and beautiful and clean. Condo was everything we had hoped for. The bed was the comfiest we’ve ever experienced while traveling. We had a great stay. The unit was well stocked with kitchen essentials and beach supplies, and everything was very clean, which we really appreciated since that can be hit or miss with short-term rentals. The beach is an easy walk, and the heated pool was a nice bonus. The only downside was the couch, which is not very comfortable, but overall we were very happy with our stay, and we would happily stay here again. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

Very convenient location. The weather didn't cooperate, so we didn't spend much time at the beach or make use of the equipment provided for it. We didn't use the pool. It was nice to be able to use our streaming service on the TV. For those who are mainly interested in the beach, it would be the perfect place.No complaints.

Great location on Cocoa Beach. Just a couple buildings south of the Cocoa Beach Pier that has a lifeguard station. No need to pay the 30 parking at the pier. I took a surfing lesson at the pier and we also saw two rocket launches from the beach. We liked the heated pool. We liked being on the ground floor, easy in and out and very convenient parking. View from the room is to the courtyard and pool. Stephanie is responsive and easy to work with.

This cozy & cute condo is perfect for a romantic get away to the beach in the middle of cold northeast winter! The condo is decorated in restful colors, the bed was very comfy and the shower awesome! We spent most of our time just enjoying the warmth while sitting on the patio. The place is steps from the beach and there's a pool onsite also (although we didn't use it). Stephanie's check in and out directions were very easy to follow. We are already thinking of a return trip next year.
