The holiday home near Reichsburg Cochem is located in Cochem and is perfect for an unforgettable stay with your loved ones. Spread over four floors (ground floor to 3rd floor), the house features a living room with two sofa beds (each for one person), a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms with two showers, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a private infrared sauna. A baby cot is available, and the property offers a self check-in system.



Families with children are warmly welcome. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The house is just 200 m from the Moselle River and 250 m from the famous Reichsburg in the centre of Cochem—an ideal location. The Klotten wildlife and amusement park, featuring one of Europe’s highest water slides, is only a few minutes’ drive away. Beautiful outdoor pools between the mountains and an indoor pool can also be reached in a few minutes by car.



Free public parking is available on Jansstraße and Kälberger Straße; there are no parking spaces directly at the house. Please note: At the parking lots near the primary school and cemetery, a parking disc is required (08:00–18:00, move every 3 hours). There are parking garages in town, which are only available for an extra fee. One or two pets are allowed (on request and for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted.

Fantastic stay in a comfortable house with enough space to enjoy peace and quiet after a whole day of walking.

Great location

This place was spacious, but pretty basic. Check-in and -out were easier than most. My kids were frustrated by the wifi, but I’m not sure if that might be an issue to Cochem area more generally.

Tolle Lage, netter Gastgeber

Pros: Das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Wir waren zu 7 und es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Tolle Lage, es ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man braucht. Freundlicher Gastgeber, leichter Check in und check out. Cons: Kein direkter Parkplatz am Haus.
