The property is indeed a peaceful studio flat with patio as the title suggests. Beautifully decorated, to a high standars of finish and with great taste. Everything works well, lights, blinds, kitchen and bathroom. The bed is huge and comfortable with a double feather down duvet. The kitchen has an induction hob and a double air-fryer that made preparing simple meals easy and fast. The patio is a small garden space, perfect for a relaxing morning coffe. Coffee, sugar, tea and basic seasoning was provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Sandy court is quiet, the area is beautiful, the woods are just a couple of minutes walk away. The hosts were kind and welcoming, living next door, still no intrusion into our stay. We had a lovely break. Would book again.
