Located in the center of the north part of Santa Teresa just 3 minutes walk from on the best surf spots in Costa rica.
Our newly constructed Villa is situaded in a quiet area perfect to chill and relax during the vacation but also walk distance to the supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop and a few steps from Brunelas surf spot.
Villa Tropical is spacious, light and fully equipped.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms each, big living room and fully equipped kitchen, outside living area with pool and a tropical garden.
All the rooms have AC and fans.
There will be a cleaning lady every day taking care of the house. *There is a construction going on at the property next door, can be loud sometimes during the day.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
