The room i booked wasn't as expected but the staff were incredibly accommodating and switched us to a more suitable fit. Great location. Beautiful grounds and genuinely unique and authentic buildings made for an unforgettable stay. Staff helped with arranging transportation and the return of a lost item. I'd highly recommend and will stay again.

El Jardin is a delightful hotel right in the center of Montezuma. It is steps away from the beach. I was especially impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful grounds. Rooms are clean and nice.

The most friendly “hotel” staff I’ve ever encountered! I have been to Montezuma many times, but this was my first stay with El Jardin. I was greeted warmly, asked if I would like to store my bag and enjoy the pool while I waited (I arrived very early). I would recommend highly!
