POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL)
The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $75 per day and the jacuzzi can be heated for $50 per day. You can let us know whenever you would like it, whether it be weeks in advance or the day of your stay. Depending on the time of the year, the pool takes 5-8 hours to be heated to 87 degrees. The jacuzzi takes 20-40 minutes to be heated to 100 degrees. You can let us know if you would like them warmer or less warm. Please note that only one can be heated at a time. It would be ideal to let me know in advance so I can heat the pool early in the morning to give it time to heat and switch to jacuzzi in the afternoon when it's time to unwind.


EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
We do offer the option of early check-in/late checkout if and only the property is not booked the day before or booked the day you checkout. If the property is booked the day before, you would not be able to check in early. If the property is booked the day you checkout, late checkout won't be possible. For early check in, you would be able to check in at 11 am for a fee of $75 instead of checking in at 4pm. For late checkout, you would be able to checkout at 4pm for a fee of $75 instead of checking out at 11am. Both fees are separate. Please let us know if you would like to check in early/checkout late.

You can bring 2 pets free of charge. If you would like to bring more, please reach out to us.


SMOKING
This is a non-smoking house. You are allowed to smoke outside but by no means is smoking allowed inside. Smoking odor is hard to eliminate which makes it unpleasant for the guest after you. If smoking odor is detected after your check out, you will incur a fee of $500 for having to take extra steps to eliminate the odor.

10 outta 10 - the house was beautiful and fit our cousins all girls trip (21 girls) so perfect! the beds were very comfortable, i loved the open concept of the house and how it felt like we were at home! the back yard was so much fun! watching movies and football while swimming in the heated pool! Stayed 3 nights. We were 10 strong (plus a dog) but found plenty of bed space. Did not feel cramped or bored. House was clean & well kept. The pool and the big TV’s were great. Hard to criticize anything about it… but if I had to, it would be the lack of shade in the backyard. Wish there was some sort of shade over the outdoor ping pong table, and wish the patio cover over the grill area was solid (instead of pergola) to provide better shade. Enjoying the backyard during the day was very pleasant in the pool or in the limited shade, but otherwise it felt like you were melting! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend it.

Great home, great pool, something for everyone

Humberto’s home was exactly as described, with 7 bedrooms and a large backyard with pool and spa, barbecue and dining space. There were plenty of pool towels and other amenities. Even with 10 teens and two adults, it never felt crowded. Great home and great host!

Amazing House with a great host!

We booked our stay during April. Humberto, the host, was fantastic and on top of it when it came to communications. The house was wonderful, we were a large group of 17 and we all stayed comfortably. The house is even better than the photos and the house was located in a great area close to everything. There was enough pool and shower towels for everyone and all the amenities were fantastic. Humberto made our trip go smoothly and we look forward to booking with him again.
