Welcome! To our beautiful, modern resort-style home with a massive 3000 square footage and a walking distance to the Polo Grounds where events such as Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Desert Trip, and many more perform. Short distance to Coachella Valley activities such as Indian Wells Tennis Garden. As our guests, you have exclusive access to this amazing 6 bedroom / 3 bath 2-story house, backyard, and saltwater pool & spa. This house is equipped with a Soft water filtration system.
Holidays, Coachella festival 4 nights minimum requirement, and 3 nights during weekends and holidays.
Security/Safety: Exterior may be monitored/recorded for security, Safety and/or
Insurance purposes.
Cameras disclosures: These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house only,
not in private areas. Detailed camera’s location transparently provided. There are 3
outside security cameras on the territory. Cam #1: Located above the front door facing
the driveway. Cam #2: Located under an awning patio overlooking the west side of the
pool and spa. Cam #3: Located on the fence overlooking the east side of the pool. The
cameras are motion activated
Tampering with cameras will result in a full security deposit loss & eviction.

The living room has a 65” Roku TV, foosball table, games, a neon Coachella sign for photo ops, and comfy seating
The dining room seats 12 comfortably, is beautifully decorated and leads to the backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cups, wine glasses, pots, and other cooking essentials
The backyard is equipped with outdoor seating and string lights so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Relax in the lounge chairs and cabanas, or on one of the fun pools floaties!
POOL/SPA Heating Service:
Pool and spa heating is an optional paid service and is not included in the accommodation price.
The fee applies as outlined. Pool heating: $135 per day (minimum 2 days required)
Spa-only heating: $85 per day
Temperatures: Pool: 82–85°F | Spa: 100°F
Additional items: Pool heat, Spa heat, and early check-in requests must be sent to the owner at least 48 hours in advance
During special event or holidays the Pool heating is $185/day and SPA heating is $135/day.
Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. If, after checkout, it is evident that the pool heat has been tampered with, an additional fee of $250/night for each night of your stay will apply and be taken out of the security deposit.
POOL/SPA: The property features a private pool and spa. Pools and spas are chemically serviced and cleaned regularly. All of our pools may be heated during the winter for your use and enjoyment upon request. All of our pools and spas have been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we experience winds in the desert that cause debris from Palm Trees and other materials to fall into the pool. Please advise the Property Manager if your pool is not clean, and we will make every effort to contact a pool cleaner, but please understand that WE CANNOT GUARANTEE that the pool person will be able to return to the Property. In the event of any damages caused by tampering, the Guest shall be responsible for the cost of said damages.
NO GLASS NEAR or INSIDE POOL: Please bring solo cups for your beverages that come packaged in glass bottles or containers or use the plastic cup in the kitchen. Broken glass is a massive Liability as all of our guests are barefoot out near the pools. Please remember the wind has been known to blow pretty hard and blow your drinks over from time to time. If we find broken glass in the pool or near the pool, the renter will be charged up to $1000. The landlord makes his/her best efforts to keep the pool area clean of glass. If you find broken glass during your walk through of the house and backyard when you arrive, please notify the property owner or manager right away. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or being on the property.

This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood so please be mindful of noise after 9 pm.

– FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is no later than 10 AM.
The cleaning fee for holidays, Coachella or Stagecoach festivals, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year, tennis tournaments and other events will be $325 per stay.
The minimum stay is 3 (three) nights on regular weekends and 4 (four) nights during holidays or special events.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
This home has key-less locks. This key-less system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.
DO YOU PROVIDE A DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
PETS, SERVICE ANIMALS & ESAs:
Only approved pets are allowed and need to be properly communicated with host prior to check-in. A $200 per pet cleaning fee is required upon booking. Maximum 2 pets.
*Due to an allergy concern of the other guests, we need to maintain our house extremely clean & fur free. As such, the only way we are able to make reasonable accommodations for service animals and ESAs is if the guest agrees to reimburse the host for the financial burden of rug & upholstery cleaning in the amount of $200 for our cleaning company to thoroughly remove all animal hair and dander - this also applies to “hypoallergenic” breeds. Although you are not required to notify your host if you plan on bringing your service animal or ESA, please note that you WILL be asked to find other accommodations unless you are able to provide the cleaning reimbursement at the beginning of your stay.
Terms of service, you will also need to agree to the following:
*You will provide proof of rabies vaccination (current through your stay) on or before the day of your arrival.
* Service animal supporting documents must be provided prior to the check in
*Your animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
*Your animal may not be left unattended (crating or leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted. Animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES.)
*Your animal must relieve itself outside only. Potty pads are not permitted, and defecations must be picked up immediately.
* Pets, service animals and ESAs are not permitted on the beds or furnishings unless it is specifically needed for your disability.
*If your animal is a noise nuisance and excessive and persistent barking is not specifically necessary for your disability, you may be asked to leave.
*If any further financial burdens are imposed on your host due to your service animal/ ESA such as damage or additional cleaning, additional funds will be requested for reimbursement.
You will be asked to leave with no refund if we discover misrepresentation of a pet and/or as a service animal/ESA. We will report fraudulent claims of service animals.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to the oleander plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
