Away from the home, you’ll be just 10 minutes from downtown Coachella, filled with a wide variety of shopping and dining for all your needs. Head into the greater Palm Springs area to spend your afternoons strolling the chic El Paseo district, known as the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert," where designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale dining await at every turn. A short 35-40 minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for.

- No parties or loud music.
- All noise must be contained after 9PM and not before 8AM. There are some full time residents that will call the police after and or before the cut off time slot. We respectfully ask that all guests practice common courtesy during the quiet hours of 9PM -8AM.
-For Security purposes, HOA has asked that we have your vehicle ID, Make, year, color and license plate number/State. If you're renting a car, you can provide this information once you have it. All information can be provided to guest services.
