However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

Incredible property with great amenities

We had a fabulous stay here at this property and would definitely consider staying again. The pool was magnificent and the outdoor amenities are truly jaw-dropping. Every bedroom has a tv which is a bice touch and there are enough bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable throughout our stay. The fridge is large and kitchen is designed with ease in mind. The garage/play room is very welcoming and the arcade games are a nostalgic. If you have folks parking on the street, please be mindful of street sweeping times & days. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this host and property!

Convenient and average

House was convenient to Empire Pollo Club. Front room was small for the size of group. Some rooms had no hang up or dressers for clothes. Nice bbq area. Pool needs an auto cleaner to clean nightly. Wind storms left pool extremely dirty so cleaning overnight would be great. Overall good stay.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area is beautiful and the house is the perfect size. The beds are super comfortable, the couch was super comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was really fun to cook in too. The property manager was very accomadating and quick to reply when we had questions leading up to the stay. We didn't swim, but the pool area is stunning. We would definitely choose to stay here again and will probably do so in the future.

Amazing!

Some sketchy neighbors and neighborhood but an incredible house. Great location to Indio Polo fields! We never felt unsafe and loved it! So fun with tons of games and things to do. Outdoor TV and BBQ Firepit wetearea is a highlight.
