Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located luxury home. We fully stocked the house with anything you could possible need for both adults and children. We are located 15 min to Waynesville, 30 to Asheville, Ski Cataloochee! It’s great for kids! We are in a really great spot in between all the national parks and forests: Smoky Mountain, Blueridge Pkwy, Pisgah, Nantahala. Surrounded by hiking, rivers, lakes, tubing, u-pick farms, swimming holes, and fishing.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gretchen’s home. It truly has all the comforts you could ask for and felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. Her welcome book included many recommendations on things to do, which was very helpful.We stayed with our two young children, and they had the best time. There were toys, books, and a nice playground where they spent a lot of time, making it so easy for them to settle in and enjoy themselves. One thing that really stood out was how incredibly clean everything was. It made the entire experience even more comfortable and relaxing.The home is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor patio was just as thoughtfully set up. The decor throughout the home is beautiful and adds to the overall charm. The views are absolutely stunning. The location is also perfect, just a short drive to Waynesville and Asheville.We loved our stay and would absolutely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was just what we needed because we had an eighteen month old with us. She enjoyed the toys and outside play house. The kitchen had everything we wanted and we also used the new grill. The beds were comfortable as well. The view from the porch is amazing

Great time!

We had a wonderful stay. Gretchen is awesome! Communication was great. House has everything you need and more. Views are outstanding, fire pit was fun, and deck was great for relaxing. Loved the level backyard. Made trips to Ashville and Cherokee and did some local shopping in Waynesville. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and home

My family of 7 stayed here and we really enjoyed our time. The home is very nicely decorated and in a great location. My soccer loving family really enjoyed the mini goal in the yard. The wrap around porch has a lot of areas to relax and take in the beautiful view. The owner has added many small touches that make you feel at home. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home for others to enjoy.

Regional High School Golf Tournament

We rented this precious house while we were in town for my son to play his high school’s regional golf tournament. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the back porch, grilling and eating outside. The remodel and decorations were so nice! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your HollyHaven

Fabulous NC Find

Location was 10 mins from Waynesville that had plenty of places to shop and eat at. About 35 mins from Asheville. The home was on a good size lot with beautiful views. We saw a breathtaking sunset one day. This house is very well decorated. It feels roomy and spacious. It had 3 rooms with very comfortable beds and bedding. 2.5 bathrooms. Full washer and dryer that worked very well. The kitchen was very well stocked. I would absolutely stay no where else if I come back to this area. We travel a lot and mostly stay home like properties. This was on of my favorite. Also the owner is very communicative, helpful as I planned my trip and answered any questions I had quickly. Also all TVs had streaming and all rooms have ceiling fans which I love.
