Deception. A word that best describes my stay at this hotel. Staying at this hotel reminded me of Gordon Ramseyโs show, where he goes to the worst hotels and discovers the shocking truth. My arrival was not very much welcomed, the person working at the front desk didnโt even bothered to smile while charging me for my two night stay. The elevator made weird sounds and itโs floor had tiles which were broken, making it worse. I paid for a Queen bed and ended up with a room with two single beds, one of which looked like someone had slept there recently and the bedsheets were crumpled. Moving on to the room itself, it was nothing like the pictures I saw before booking my hotel stay. Carpets were so dirty, bed frames had dust, windows were not working properly and the towels had a funky smell. The only good thing about this hotel is that itโs extremely close to the mall, and thatโs it.
