This room was disgusting. The floor was covered in syrup which I stepped in. The water faucet was about to come off. It smelled. One of the locks was broke. Tiny bottle of shampoo used with no shampoo in the shower. The worst stay in my lifetime.

For a non-smoking room, you could definitely smell the smoke throughout the entire property, including the room. The showers water pressure was extremely strong and made for an unpleasant shower. It was a pet friendly hotel however, there was not an area for your pets to safely use as a restroom.

Avoid at all cost

Pool was out of service, vending machine took my money without delivering goods, coffee maker didn't work, and the TV was broken. The place smells awful, and trains run all hours of the day directly across the street. The back door is insecure, so lock your doors well. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

The first room we checked into had cockroaches, tiles coming up in the bathroom and damaged walls. I went to the front desk and the front desk agent walked me through a few other rooms to switch to and we switched to another room that we didn’t see any signs of roaches in. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet, but we checked out as soon as possible in the morning and skipped on the breakfast.
