Apartment is very small with no living space. We brought several concerns to the host’s attention but they were not addressed. Our main concern was that there were no apparent smoke or CO detectors, a single egress and the only fire extinguisher was in a box under a sink. This violates CT fire code. Temperature is set by host for entire building. It was cold and host told us space heater was provided to address the issue. We honestly felt nervous about using it given the lack of fire safety in unit. The unit had ants and a terrible odor which the host explained was a result of a non authorized cat staying in the unit ahead of us. It was very unpleasant. The host has tastefully renovated this unit and it could be a nice place to stay but until safety issues are corrected I cannot recommend staying here.

Very Clean and New. Location very convenient to Shopping , Coffee and Winery. Place very very small but Shower was huge and token gifts such as wine and toiletries a big plus . As well as guest for TV for Netflix. Added bonus outdoor space makes up for lack of living room. I would recommend this place and stay again for sure. Also, conveniently located to major highway and safe.
