New construction 320 sq ft tiny house in quiet community with lake access from community boat launch or from Walling Bend Park, just 5 minutes away. House includes fully stocked kitchenette with 2-burner induction cooktop, multi-function microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The 55" smart tv will keep you in touch and the quiet HVAC will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The propane Weber grill is easy to access on the large outside deck. You can enjoy stargazing while roasting marshmallows over the firepit. There is ample parking for your boat. The lake can be accessed by foot at the rear of the property for fishing or swimming.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a stovetop. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We loved our stay! We could have used a toaster and the wifi was not reliable or strong. The bed was quite comfortable! The AC was great and we appreciated the extra blanket to use on the couch. The bottle of Prosecco (one of my favorites!) was an unexpected surprise.
