Clifton Dunes is a beautifully designed cabin home with direct access via a short walk through the surrounding dunes to Clifton Beach, renowned as Hobart`s best surf beach.



It can accommodate up to 4 guests though is still the perfect retreat for a sole traveller or couple. It`s quiet and secluded with native gardens and private outdoor spaces; including an outdoor shower/bath & firepit.



Your booking is a private booking & you will have exclusive access to all amenities, including a very well equipped kitchen, two living spaces and bathroom.



Our standard listed rate is for 2 guests sharing the same bedroom.



If you are 2 guests wishing to use both bedrooms, it is an additional $50 per night for the duration of the booking. If this is the case, please book for 3 guests to enable Airbnb to process this correctly and the second bedroom will be made up, ready for your arrival.



Additional guests are an extra $50 per person per night for the duration of the booking, we can accommodate a total of 4 guests.



We encourage long term stays and can discuss discounts for these when requested. Please ask us about this for anything over a month (we already give weekly and monthly discounts).
