The host did not respond to my initial email on March 20 and then the host never sent us check in instructions. On the day of check-in, 4/4 Vrbo called the host repeatedly with no luck. Vrbo had to put us up in a hotel. We hope that nothing bad happened and that the host is ok. We appreciate Vrbo putting us up in the hotel, but the rebooking process with Vrbo was cumbersome, instead of giving us a credit to put toward another booking we had to completely rebook and wait for a refund.
