1st room we were in: -Broken lamp electric cord -Air conditioner was old did not work -Room smell was musty 2nd room we were in: -Refrigerator didn't work -Microwave not plugged in -Some Lights did not work -Coffee pot in room dirty and not plugged in -Floors appeared not clean -Wall paint chipped -No shampoo in shower - there were 2 conditioners instead -Musty smell in room Breakfast area: -Dirty -Dirty rag in the sink was covered in gnats -Waffle batter was all over the cabinet and on the floor. appeared to have been there awhile. -Breakfast options slim Outside: -The Travelodge was covered by a tree -When we left in the morning there were thousands of mosquitos getting in everything and leaving blank spots on our van. Positive things: -Parking was convenient -They did now us to a second room when the first room was not acceptable. -The bed was good. -The was quick hot water in the shower

Didnt have my suite. 30 minutes and two higher up calls to get me into a room. Couldnt key card into room three trips downstairs and waiting finally get inside. Tv didnt work figured out was hdmi cable loose and wiggled and found out tv had to be angled differently than at the bed to work because of tv connection and remote didnt eork tv other than volume. Found buttons on side and had to go to settings to work cable. Watched 3/4 of a movie took a shower saw bugs in bathroom .. left 2.5 hours after walking in. And they said i couldnt be reimbursed, the money difference from the king size suite to the little ass king room they gave me That was my second stay there I will never be going back

No soap, no bath towel, toothpaste cap in sink drain, dirty and tattered carpet, noisy ac, no cups, sagging and discolored drop ceiling panels, spoiled milk, stale bread, piled up batter under waffle maker, loose door levers. There really wasn't anything nice. Overall unsanitary and lots of disrepair.

The whole hotel was filthy. I found a dirty sock inmy room on the floor. The free breakfast was inedible because of how unclean the whole area was. Would not ever recommend.

Room was given only a light surface cleaning. Bathtub not even wiped out, hair on drain. First room had bag around smoke detector. Second room had no towels, only fitted sheets (didn't look washed), pillows were enormous and not practical. Air conditioner worked well. Definitely a bare minimum hotel experience. Glad I only needed to stay one night. Got what I paid for, I suppose.

Room was good, clean and everything from towels to coffee was stocked up in the room. Only complaints with the room is there was a half drank water bottle in the fridge so it clearly didn’t get opened and cleaned out. The staff seemed like they just didn’t want to be there. When I went to check in the woman didn’t even look me in the eyes and seemed annoyed that she even needed to check me in at all. Person in the morning when I checked out had the same type of vibe. The only other thing I have to complain about is the breakfast. I wasn’t expecting 5 star or anything but the milk and orange juice containers were disgusting. There was old congealed milk around the spout. The syrup for the waffles tasted like it was expired. The batter for the waffles didn’t seem mixed at all. All in all it was nothing more than a place to sleep and the room in which I did so was in good condition.

Unbelievable this place is allowed to be open.

This is without hesitation, the worst experience from any stay chosen from the hotels.com app. I would like a full refund. Upon arriving apparently they were short staffed, and we were ‘helped’ by the maintenance man. He gave us 2 key cards, neither worked. Because the maintenance man doesn’t know how to program the key cards, he gave us A MASTER KEY, this is not a joke. Upon entering this filthy room, we were completely disgusted by the dirt, no bed spread, no phone, no alarm clock, no towels, notes in the table from a previous guests. We were in town for an Eric Clapton concert and needed to head to the arena. When we returned, the remote didn’t work for the tv, so I requested another room. It is now around 3am, the clerk gave us the one ‘available room’ (apparently this is know as an hourly sex hotel, which we learned at lunch the next day when the bartender told us how sorry he was that we were staying there) . The room he gave us was a handicap room. The bathroom door didn’t shut, again no phone or clock, someone’s leftover food in the fridge, something on the floor?? Completely disgusting. I tried to speak to a manager but, the new employee clerk said that they didn’t have one at the moment. I took some pictures that I hopes I be able to include.

3 times was not a charm

Close to downtown with out the downtown price but paid our dues anyway. Had to be moved 3 times. All rooms were dated, had dirty carpet and had not be cleaned. The icing on the cake was the condom wrapper on the floor and used wet towel hanging on the bathroom door. The attendant blamed housekeeping. Travelodge should be concerned about their brand and standards but clearly are not. Dont stay there!

Overall the hotel was clean….however the door did not lock from the outside…we were told the light just didn’t come on when you swipe the key card. Then when we asked the front desk about it they said didn’t I tell you that. We could atleast lock the door from the inside while sleeping. Outdated place needs some new paint and carpet. Also no fitted sheet on the bed and no comforter just a thin almost like sheet to cover up with.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Such a terrible place, we were there for an hour before decided to leave to another hotel. Building is very old and not renovated whatsoever. First room we were put in the AC did not turn on, we were told it would kick on after some time and that the front desk worker had checked all the rooms that morning. We left for lunch to give it time to kick on and when we returned it still had not. I asked to move rooms as it was muggy and the bathroom was not completely cleaned out. We were moved one room down and when I attempted to use the key it did not work. Attendant remade the keys and attempted himself still with no luck in opening the door. He used the master key and it had worked, so he told us we would need to get someone to open the door for us every time. We got in the room to settle in and when we used the bathroom there was a very old and dirty bra hanging on the back door. Makes it hard to believe these rooms had been properly cleaned anytime recently. After all that we had decided we were uncomfortable and frankly disgusted with the place. We checked out and no compensation was offered or accepted when I asked. I understand this is a cheap option, but with the way they run this place it should be charged by the hour. Very disappointed in every aspect of the experience with this hotel. I had left my information when I was told there was no management on site and was never reached out to.
