Front desk staff was very efficient and check in was quick! It could get loud outside the door, but might be because I was near the front desk. Room had a mini fridge, but no microwave. There was some white plastic thing left on top of the folded towels, but I didn't need all 4 towels put in the room, so that didn't affect me. Also shower gel was out, but I had a bar of soap with me, thankfully. Overall a good experience, in a great area about 25 minutes from Cleveland, with options for food and a gas station right next to it. Super convenient!

I was surprised that the room was not equipped with a coffee maker, safe or a clock. Plumbing was new with good hot water. Good location for visiting family in Shaker Heights. Breakfast was marginal, only variety during our 4 days was when they ran out of stuff (e.g. milk for cereal).

This is a do again stay.

This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.

Lavon greeted me right when I entered and got me checked in. She needed assistance from Mark the manager. They were great! Only negative was trying to reach toilet paper. It was too far away and behind. Very challenging to reach.

Save some money and BOOK IT! 👍

Ok, first thing you should know is this is not a new hotel. This is a newly renovated 2 story hotel. I saw this listed on Hotels.com, but there were no pictures available and no reviews at the time. So I called the hotel direct to ask why that may be and they told me it's because they just opened. I understood that as it was a new hotel which would stand to reason, given the lack of reviews and pics. Not new but they did do a pretty nice job updating the facility, the rooms anyway. The decor of the lobby, food area, hallways etc leave a bit to be desired. It was cramped, gaudy and a bit cheap looking. It's Hilton's motel level. I'm 5'9"and I could touch the drop ceiling in the hallways. As mentioned, the rooms were pretty nice TBH. They were clean, decent size and they didn't have a gaudy motel room look or feel. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, the bathroom was nice, had a nice TV with a remote that actually worked and functioned properly, which has been an issue for me lately even in 4 Star hotels. It still had it's cheap distinctions, like the white (comical) plastic bucket they gave you for ice. But those were few. The AC worked well in the room was quiet. They're really isn't breakfast, just some cereal and bagels, etc. No hot buffet unfortunately. The front desk staff were very friendly 😉👍. This is not a high-end hotel, but that's ok. It wasn't meant to be I'm sure, because it was much more reasonably priced. Would I recommend?... 💯!

Christine à la réception est très gentil et souriante. Nous sommes arrivé avant l'heure prévu et nous avons eu notre chambre, nous étions très heureuse parce que ne venions de faire 5h de moto sous la pluie et nous étions détrempé et gelé. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer mais c'est correct on ne s'attendait pas à un buffet.
