This was one of the nicest, cleanest places I've stayed. Comparing the cost to most hotels, I was honestly not expecting much. I was surprised and completely delighted!! There was everything in the room that I could have possibly needed, the bed was so comfortable, and the lady at the front desk greeted me with kindness. Such a wonderful end to a very long, exhausting day!

Staff at Checkin was not very accommodating and wasn’t as friendly as one would expect. Called ahead of time to see if early check-in was available, and the young lady said yes it is. When I showed up 30 minutes later, she informed me that it would be $25 to check in two hours early. I asked why she didn’t tell me that when I called on the phone and all I got was a poor response. I would have stayed where I was longer to avoid this fleecing of customers. I guess I should be careful and stick with my Hilton Honors program and avoid this particular chain. If the room is ready, and it was only 2 hours!

For what I needed the hotel was fine. The room was much larger then expected and I appreciated that. However, there were some weird stains on bathroom walls that kind of resembled blood but I was to scared to ask. It also did have a lingering smell of smoke in the room and hallways. I was in for 24 hrs and was gone from hotel most of my time there. This was just a cost effective place close to airport for my quick trip in town, as I normally stay downtown. Staff were kind and helpful.

Nice staff. Room was meh. Toilet ran as if flushed every 20 minutes. Let staff know. They were great but the hotel smelled like cigarettes and fish sticks. Not a fan of either. Convenient and good staff.

All the staff were very friendly and courteous. The property is very tired. The carpet in the hallways is in dire need of cleaning or replacing. Stepping into the room you are transported back to the early 90s. The room was clean but very dated. This property cries out for renovation.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience overall. The staff was very attentive and friendly. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated and one of the elevators was out of service, the suites are well maintained, nicely renovated, and very clean. No complaints about cleanliness or comfort — I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cleveland!
