So angry and want my money back. not as advertised. for one thing, I was allowed to book the room after the front desk apparently closed. so my poor niece and her baby had to keep calling to get someone to come down. then the baby got locked in the room alone, because the key stopped working and the door closed and she couldnt' get in to the room and had to keep calling the front desk. there was no pack n play for the baby. so not family friendly. and there was NO buffet breakfast as advertised. this is a terrible way to arrive after 11 hours driving with a special needs child. awful.

We only stayed one night to catch a flight but very impressed. Except the information on hotels.com doesn’t indicate the front desk closes at 10 and if you don’t check in by then toy may not get your room. The full kitchen and comfortable room made up for that though.

The carpet was extremely stained in many areas. The dishwasher leaked a LOT. All of the outdoor areas could use some paint. Other than that, it was fine.

We were not expecting a 5 star hotel but when we walked in the room, it smelled pot too much and the room itself did not look great. My wife started getting headaches right away. We left right away and notified the staff that we going somewhere else. Staff was nice and they said we won’t be charged and that a refund will be issued. I would not go back.

The property was like putting lipstick on a pig. Some updates to countertops and furniture, but the carpet was shot and full of stains. Additionally there were holes in the closet door as well as in the shower ceiling on the lower level bathroom. No toilet paper holder and we found things that weren’t cleaned like a half drank Coke in the fridge. There was also a strong horrible smell as soon as we entered the unit that smelt like a mix between smoke and mildew. We were so tired from traveling that we bought fabreeze air freshener spray to deal with it for our one night there. We left early before the sun rose to get out of there. Not sure why there was a $250 deposit hold for a place like this. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.
