Booked this hotel for one night. Arrived and staff said the hotel was full and they could not honor our booking (even with a reservation number). I understand overbooking happens, but the staff couldn't have cared less. They had no recommendations for where else to stay, and had did not help with getting a refund (I still have not received one, despite being told it should automatically be refunded). I would call ahead to see if your reservation will be honored.

This was the first location that Expedia brought up. The pictures looked great. It is a run down terrible suite. The owners are not fixing things and the wear and tear is everywhere. My room did not even have a glass for drinking water with my pills or to brush my teeth. Expedia's "Stay Protection Plan" is as worthless as you know what. Probably will have to pay for 2 days that I stayed elsewhere.
