I don’t know if it was just my building (2) but had no working heat, no hot water anytime I tried to shower and the WiFi would turn off every 30 minutes or so while I was trying to do work on a computer, had to use my phone hotspot which eventually ran out with my plan. If you need someone where to sleep and that’s all the beds are comfortable that’s the only good thing I can say

Curtains were in shreds. Sheets old and had balls all over them. Lots of hair in bathroom, behind items. Sink faucet just handing there. Keys didn’t work when she checked in- to building or room. Hall smelled like pure skunk weed. Never stay here!

Staff was helpful. Condition of the room and furniture was absolutely horrendous. Furniture was extremely dirty and old. Every surface was heavily soiled.

Nice clean room but....

Parking was easy and near the entrance to the building. Room was fine for the one night I needed it but for a longer stay. One cupboard was painted shut, there were no silverware, pots, pans, no glasses and only 2 paper cups. The cubbords were bare, lol. And the tub looked like it some sticlies on the bottom that were removed but the glue was still there.

To Ownership: Sell the property. You clearly are accruing deferred maintenance on the property and the wear and tear of the property is below the brand standard. Either reinvest or divest.

The room was what I expected the kitchen faucet need to be fixed and the kitchen light and the latch hook lock on the main doo but besides that my stay was nice, definitely would book again a lot of convenient shops around as well
