Room was gross!!!! The toilet was dirty shower was dirty it was dog hairs all on the floor fridge was dirty horrible stay would not recommend to anyone. The hotel just looks sketchy all together. I was not able to sleep.

There was a clog of hair sitting in the tub and the toilet wasn’t clean. Overall the bathroom condition made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. As a result I would not return. If it were cleaned properly, the spaciousness, close proximity to the airport and price were all good

I work night shift at a hospital and needed to stay local in between shifts due to the weather. I was booked for 2 nights (I had to in order to sleep during the day) and they canceled my reservation bc I didnt check in until the morning after work. So I lost money for my 2 nights and had to pay for a 2bdrm loft in order to sleep. The room was 55 degrees and the upstairs where it warmed up faster, had hair all over the bed, pillows, and nightstand. When I spoke with the front desk person, she just kept telling me sorry, but I should feel lucky they had a room for me at all, and an upgraded one at that. I paid for the more expensive room and actually a whole other room too. I didn't feel lucky to be in a room that was so cold that I had to wait hours to sleep because it took that long to get warm in my sweatshirt, sweatpants, and coat. Nor, not be able to go sleep in the one bed upstairs that was actually warm because she could not come change the bed and there was no housekeeping there. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this place to anyone! Worst hotel experience I have ever had!

Morning shift supervisor/manager, didn’t get her name is really nasty. The lead manager is very nice and understandable. Although I’m not a complainer, my room is filthy and nasty, coffee maker is nasty, bathroom has dried up blood running down the side of the toilet, bathroom floor has hair residue still stuck on the floor. Hair dye is on the carpet in front of the sink. Walls have makeup residue on them. Ceilings are accumulating dust balls. Behind the bed is stains with I don’t know what, maybe mold, I don’t know what it is!? Property gets a 3/10 in my book. Not going to say don’t book, but if you want to book then go ahead. This is just temporary for me to stay but I’ve booked with sonesta before and this is the first time I’ve seen sonesta like this. Amenities are great 10/10 because you get a whole kitchen but the inside of the refrigerator is nasty. I don’t want to store anything in it. Not to mention the third party I booked through keeps messing up my booking reservation “Agoda”. Through trivago. When I say I’m trying to hurry up and leave. I will asap

I went down to the desk and asked to switch room in which they told me they didn’t have the availability. So i went down to a king studio suite and that room was slightly better. Also was shocked they didn’t have a breakfast too. Overall it was okay for a one night but anything over that i would stay somewhere else…
