The property is very nice and if traveling by yourself you would feel so secure. The host was very nice and answered at any time that I had a question. The apartment is perfect for two people and again we felt very safe a secure especially traveling to a new city that we’ve never been to before. Definitely recommend!

Very nice because it is in the middle of downtown and very walkable to all we wanted to go to - Rock-n-Roll HoF but also good places to eat and if wanted you can head to any of the Cleveland arena/ballparks/stadiums easily.

Great location for the downtown sights. Very nice lobby/building. Check in slightly challenging - had to either double park or block the alley to go in and get the room key, but went well. Missed the parking garage first time around the block, it's the one before, not after, the wall mural, but host directions were fine and included a picture. Just tough to find for a newcomer to the city in busy evening traffic.
