I believe one of their names was Trinity but we arrived friday 4/3 around 3pm and both desk agents working at that time were amazing and went above and beyond. My wife and i were in town for the home opener and really enjoyed our stay. Everything in that building was perfect and i dont think ill be staying anywhere else in Cleveland anymore!

The room was very clean, and the location is amazing, within a15 minute walk of everything is anted to do. There was also a gallon of cold water in the fridge. I'd definitely stay here again.
