The staff were fantastic. I can't say enough about their professionalism and willingness to answer questions regarding the local area. The only things that we had issues with were the television connection speed and the buffet breakfast. I feel there should have been a slightly larger selection for the breakfast items.

This was our first time staying in a Residence Inn and it will not be our last! This location was very convenient for our plans while in Cleveland. The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so polite and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate our every request. The room was great. Nice and clean, everything was exactly as pictured. The breakfast was also great. There was a variety of options, and everything was delicious. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the sofa bed was smelly, uncomfortable and hard to fold back into sofa form. But it's a hotel sofa bed so, we didn't expect it to be great. Overall, this hotel has pretty much ruined me for all other hotels. My next booking will absolutely be with another Marriot hotel!

We booked a room for 3 adults, with the understanding that there would be a large bed for two people plus a sofa bed. The room itself was fine, except that the sofa bed had not been made up. I telephoned about this and was offered a room with double normal double beds, for an "upcharge" of $25. Eventually, good sense prevailed and we ended up staying in the two-double-bed room for no additional fee. But this shouldn't have happened and the hotel should not have tried to "bait and switch."

The heat in the first room I had didn’t work. McKenna couldn’t get it working so I switched rooms. I got there and he hadn’t actually proven the keys for us so I had to go down. It was very difficult moving myself with my walker and my large heavy suitcase back-and-forth to the lobby for all of this. The new room was awesome. Someone called but eventually warmed up.

Was told when we checked in that dinner is between 5-11. Came down at 515 and the person working on 11/8 (bar) was rude and ignorant. Said theres no food, and when we said something, he just said no food. Quiet rude.
