Staff was very helpful. But I have to say I've never stayed in a hotel/motel that was as poorly cleaned as this. We changed rooms twice and although the 3rd room was better, there was black hair everywhere. Water pressure was really good and bed was very comfortable.

They say cleaning is every 3 days. I was there for 6 days they never came, despite my asking and getting promises from the desk on day 3, 4 and 5. None of the desk outlets worked, but 2 stars at least for being near a Starbucks. Hotel WiFi was good.

Every thing was good. A Lil microwave and a Lil Fridge would’ve been great.. had to keep running down the stairs across the parking lot to go to the ice machine. Just fill our ice bag to keep our cooler filled with ice so that we could have cold drinks on such hot days and store our fast food.. Staff was really nice… —Mrs. MAQ
