Unable to access floor that room was on safely. One door didn't work and the other door was accessed by steep stairs. Got room changed and had to walk up stairs to access floor from parking lot. Only way to get to elevator was from front door and no where near front door.safety handrail in tub was broken off and leaning against wall

The hotel is being neglected. Leaky drains, water damage and questionable guests- definitely NOT a safe experience. I can’t attach the video of sink drain leaking terribly and garbage from previous stay under bathroom sink. Disgusting!

When I entered the room, I found some water bottles already opened on the table, the TV was on, and the bedding was messed up. It seemed like someone was still in the room — it was horrifying. I immediately ran to the front desk and asked to change rooms. Fortunately, they gave me another room and everything was fine after that.

Horrible! Run away

Horrible experience. Dirty, not friendly, the whole hotel smelled like weed. At midnight there was a woman walking around the lobby barefoot. Front desk was rude and could barely speak or understand English. I had the so called presidential suite…let me tell you…nothing presidential about it. Dirty, cracked walls, smelly. Charging 2 dollars per bottle or water!! AND on top of it, the guy at the front desk said he doesn’t have change for a 20!!! How do you charge cash only but don’t have change! Never ever will I stay at this hotel.

The room smelled moldy, and the bathroom was not very clean. The keys did not work well, and we had to re-set them. I asked the desk for some supplies that were not in the room (things for the coffee maker), and he promised to bring them to us. He never showed. Two of the three luggage carts were broken and unusable as was one of the two elevators. For what I paid, I am absolutely not impressed.

When we arrived at the hotel the systems were down and had to wait to check in. Liz was nice enough to let us in our room before paying. The bathroom sink was leaking and the tub was nasty. The next morning housekeeping entered our room while we were sleeping at 9:50 but check out was at 11 I thought that was very unprofessional and an invasion of my privacy.

Bed was comfortable. Ceiling coming down in the bathroom. Loose shower head. Shower curtain did not reach both walls. Curtains were not hung properly. No hangers in the closet. No ventilation (exhaust fan) in the bathroom. Toilet did not flush properly.

Worst hotel stay ever

Here is a list of things that went wrong during my 2 night stay. - [ ] Didn’t empty trash - [ ] Toilet not connected to floor securely - [ ] Bathtub silver thing hanging out - [ ] Customer service lacking. Requested towels twice before receiving - [ ] 2nd room had floaters on tub drain with standing water - [ ] No phone - [ ] No radio - [ ] Needed a new key to my room 3 times because it was deactivate. It wasn’t next to any other card - [ ] The African American girl in afternoon/evening rude and unprofessional - [ ] Elevator stopped working until 4:00pm - [ ] Jacuzzi closed - [ ] Pool didn’t open until 4:00 and still closed at 9:00. Mgmt refused to leave it open longer - [ ] Transients eating breakfast with guests and bothering myself and my guest - [ ] Breakfast was trash - [ ] 2nd room key didn’t work upon trying had to go back to have it activated - [ ] Unprofessionally chewing gum while waiting on guests - [ ] No remote for the Tv - [ ] Only one trash can
