Well to while waiting to check in a person came to the front desk complaining there was no hot water. That was like a red flag. Then the key card machine was not working properly. At around 7:30 PM there were still no hot water. I call Expedia, which and return call them at about 9 PM. We finally got hot water. The room was OK. The bathroom shows signs of not being clean properly. Now the breakfast if you wanna call at breakfast, it’s just bagel, cupcakes, coffee, or orange juice, and milk and they just put one jug and when it finish it just gotta wait till they refilled it. The real part of it was there’s no ice machine. You actually have to go to the front desk and ask them for ice and they will give you a small bag of ice. Never seen anything like that. No one greeted us at the front desk and the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Our room was supposed to have microwave oven when we got there. There was no microwave. When ask about it. They stated that I will have to upgrade my room to get a microwave Which is ridiculous. Would I stay here again? I never say never but as long as this other hotel around maybe not. It could be such a nice place if they kept it up.
