The front/face of the CLE airport location Hotel on Brookpark is renovated nicely, yet, deceiving. Behind that, is a drive up to your hotel door. My room still needed some renovation…bathtub not finished and dirty. 3 very long black hairs embedded in the white paint on bathroom wall. Door handle loosely fitted/inop. Sink in beautiful new vanity had not been cleaned: under the rim had blood & plaster remnants. When I checked out, the Agent was apologetic and concerned. The Agent did allow me to check out/leave on my 3rd day, without charging me for the remainder of my Reservation/ Thanksgiving Vacation. I took a video.

Within one minute of making my reservation, I realized I had selected the wrong arrival date. I contacted them immediately and let them know of my error and asked if I could change the date, but they would not allow the change. I get that they have a strict cancellation policy, but it was a typo, and I informed them of the error within seconds of completing the reservation. They would not allow me to switch the dates without charging me for the incorrect date. This lack of customer service will prevent me from booking with Ramada hotels going forward.

The rooms are like a pig with lipstick. Updated but underneath it looks old. Reception was terrible and desk staff tried to tell me I booked two rooms. Beds were comfy.

We called the hotel prior to flying in to ask about the shuttle. We were told to call the hotel when we arrive and the shuttle would pick us up. However, the guy was not very nice when we called, and were told we had to schedule it. He said he would run out and get us at the airport, but he never came. Apparently, it was just a white van without the hotel name and he did come and picked up two other people, but didn't ask if where the other people and just left. We called back and the shuttle driver refused to come back. After all of the time of standing there and waiting for the shuttle, we ended up calling a taxi to get to the Ramada.

The front desk originally gave us a room that wasmt clean at all, sheets still on the bed and trash on the floor, then they gave us another room in which the wifi didnt work, when i called up to the front desk to ask for another room, i was told to jusy watch regular tv. This is not a "normal' ramada inn, stay clear from here is my suggestion

Needed a place to lay my head during a 2 day exhibition at it I-X center.. location was very convenient, room was more than adequate for my simple needs.. not far from Many places to eat. price was great and I’ll most likely return for another show at the I-X in march.

Well the lobby and breakfast area was clean and the food looked fresh. They had good selection for breakfast. The room looked remodeled. Beds and cabinets were very nice . Beds comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean and newer tub and toilet. The walls had been repaired by someone with zero sparkling experience SAND BEFORE PAINTING! LOL . Over all well worth the price . Not high-end.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. There were brown stains on the bedding, towels, and other linens, and the overall sanitation was nonexistent. The entire room felt extremely dirty and unsanitary, well below any legal or health standard. To make matters worse, our door wouldn’t even lock, which made me feel very unsafe during my stay. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk—we waited around for about 20 minutes before someone finally showed up in an old minivan to check us in. The whole situation felt completely unprofessional and unsettling. After doing some research later, I found reports of serious incidents at this same property, including mentions of dead bodies being discovered there in the past. That alone says enough about how poorly this place is managed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone—it’s unsafe, unsanitary, and absolutely not worth the risk or the money.
