The lobby was dirty. The desk clerk was always gone. When I rang the bell for service, it took a second ring after waiting 25 minutes. The towels looked like they were folded up dirty. There wasn't a sink stopper was missing in the bathroom.

Mediocre would be an upgrade

Airport shuttle only runs on the hour. Meaning that if you land at 5:05, you need to wait 55 minutes for a ride. I saw a shuttle for another hotel make 3 trips before I got picked up by an unmarked minivan. The driver seemed irritated to have to give me a ride. The hotel itself is run down. The outside has definitely seen better days. The rooms are ok- it looks like they were renovated a few years ago, but the bed springs made loud noises each time I moved. Also, the sheets themselves were dirty. It looked like there was a foot print on them, and they were definitely stained. I was gone before breakfast opened so I can't speak to it. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but I won't stay there again. If you can, spend a little bit more to stay elsewhere.

Room was dirty and unkept, shuttle service was horrible. Toilet leaked and the sheets were not clean. We contacted the shuttle service to come and get us and they forgot us, we had to re-contact them and it took him over 30 minutes to come and get us at midnight.

Upgraded furniture/flooring/TV, everything else is dated. HVAC worked fine…shower water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable, but the base made strange noises when shifting weight? The free breakfast was sad, but the banana I had was good.
