Nestled in one of Lakewood’s most walkable neighborhoods, this bright and thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom home is just steps from Detroit Avenue’s popular restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and local favorites ☕🍴



The inviting living area features a TV, Nintendo 🎮, and a queen sleeper sofa — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Cleveland. The space flows into a fully stocked kitchen complete with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and all the cookware and dishes you’ll need for meals at home 🍳



Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, the dedicated workspace with fast WiFi makes remote work easy 💻 Bedroom 1 offers a cozy queen bed, while Bedroom 2 features a spacious king bed. Both rooms include room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep 😴 The bathroom includes a full bathtub, and a washer and dryer are available on-site for added convenience.



Step outside to the charming back railing area with cozy café lights ✨ — the perfect spot to unwind in the evening with a drink or morning coffee. Guests will also enjoy a private entrance, free driveway parking 🚗, and AC throughout the home.



Downtown Cleveland is only a 10-minute drive away, while Cuyahoga Valley National Park is about 30 minutes away 🌳

The grill and laundry facilities are shared with another unit on the property and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of others and leave these shared amenities clean and ready for the next guest to enjoy. Thank you!



🚆 Please note that there is an active train track located very close to the property. Trains pass by at various times throughout the day and night, so you may hear train noise during your stay.

Many guests enjoy the convenience of the location and find the sounds become part of the neighborhood’s character, while light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs or use a white noise app for added comfort. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay and don’t mind occasional train sounds, we’d love to host you!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

This property is equipped with a shared propane grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $25, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
