I recently stayed at Movie Theater Gem Near Cleveland Clinic & CWRU and had a mostly positive experience. The house was generally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for my stay. However, I did notice that the hallways could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness.One of the standout aspects of my stay was the host. They were incredibly easy to reach and responded promptly to any inquiries I had. Their problem-solving skills were impressive, and I really appreciated the level of support they provided throughout my stay.Overall, I would recommend this rental for its great location and accommodating host, but I suggest that the cleanliness in the hallways be addressed for future guests. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

My husband, his siblings and I (7 adults) had a most enjoyable time attending a nephew’s wedding in Cleveland. Lots of wedding weekend festivities and this house was close to everything. Exceptionally clean and spacious and an affordable price. A couple things that renters should know. The house is located on a busy intersection near a hospital. Lots of traffic and sirens. 4 of our guests live on a farm so this was noticeable for our group. There also needs to be more comfortable seating in the living room. We enjoyed lots of quality time together in this area and some had to sit on the harder kitchen chairs. The host also might consider a binder of nearby coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Jordan was an excellent host, quick to reply and helpful.

Great house for a group

The house was terrific for a group like ours. Perfect set up with floors and master bathrooms on both. We used Ubers to head back and forth to a conference at the convention center, about a 15 minute ride.

Fantastic Stay

This is a great property with so much space. They thought of all of the small things for guests. Jordan was very helpful and supportive and responded quickly to all of our needs. Definitely would recommend this house.
