-Please treat the space with respect and leave it in a generally tidy condition.
-Wash any used dishes or load and start the dishwasher before checkout.
-Place all trash in the appropriate bins.
-Place all used towels on the bathroom floor
-No glitter, confetti, or other mess-prone decorations.

No Smoking:
-Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.
-Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
-A $250 cleaning fee applies for any indoor smoking.

Pets (if applicable):
-Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
-Please clean up after your pet inside and outside.
-Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
-Keep pets off furniture and beds.

Prohibited Activities:
-No large parties/events, or unauthorized gatherings.
-No illegal substances or activities on the property.
-No unregistered overnight guests.

Safety & Security:
-Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
-Do not tamper with safety equipment (e.g., smoke detectors, fire extinguisher).
