Saturday 12/27–12/29. Overall, I truly loved the hotel—the ambiance, design, and overall vibe were exceptional, and it is a property I would genuinely like to return to in the future. I am originally from Cleveland and travel to my hometown often, so this location is ideal. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, we requested additional linens for the roll-away bed and later discovered that the linens provided were dirty. We also found the couch in the room to be visibly dirty, which was both disappointing and concerning (photos attached). Additionally, the room temperature was quite cold, requiring us to request extra blankets and sheets for the roll-away bed. Despite making multiple requests, we only received part of what was needed, leaving us uncomfortable for the night. The tall floor lamp in the room was also nonfunctional, which was not a major issue but did impact our ability to work in the room. During our stay, a staff member kindly offered a $25 credit off the room to acknowledge the inconvenience; however, this credit was not applied or reflected at checkout. I also want to address an additional concern that compounded this experience. On Friday, I spoke with Jordan regarding these issues. She indicated that she could not assis me because the reservation was booked through Expedia. This response was extremely frustrating.

We stayed one night and tried three of the restaurant/Bars. Front desk staff and valet were super nice. Cleanliness of bathroom in our room was below average, notified the desk and they said they would take care of it, did not happen. More than half of employees we came in contact with were efficient but not friendly. Sooo many awesome places to stay in Cleveland we would probably choose a different one next time.

I had an incredible stay at Metropolitan at The 9, Autograph Collection. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel at home. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the Christmas Bar—it was festive, fun, and added such a special touch to the holiday season. The atmosphere was amazing, and it made my visit feel even more memorable. Overall, the combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and unique amenities made this a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!
